My form does not appear on my storefront
Three things to check, in order: the form is Published in the app, the shortcode is pasted into the Form block in your theme editor, and the theme is saved. If you added the shortcode to your own theme code rather than through a Form block, also turn on the "Appal forms" app embed, which is what loads the form script on your storefront.
I am not getting notification emails
Open Outbox in the app. Every message is recorded there, so you can see whether it was sent or is only logged, and who it was addressed to. Check the recipient under Mail in the form builder.
Can one form appear in more than one place?
Yes. The same shortcode works in any Form block, and in your own theme code, on as many pages as you like.
How do I export my submissions?
Submissions → Export CSV. It contains one column per field, plus the date and the names of any attached files.
